At Qlife Electric Bikes, we want you to feel confident in your ride; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original condition and has less than 10 miles on the odometer.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Bike
Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals to ensure safe transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional pickup.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and mileage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
