What is your shipping policy for oversized sports equipment?
We offer free ground shipping on all e-bike orders within the continental US. Due to the size and battery classification, delivery typically takes 5-9 business days via specialized freight carriers.
Can I ride my Qlife bike in the rain?
Yes, all Qlife e-bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and light rain. However, we do not recommend riding through deep puddles or pressure washing the bike, as this can damage the electrical components.
What kind of warranty do you offer on the motor and frame?
We provide a 2-year limited warranty on the frame and a 1-year warranty on the motor, battery, and controller against manufacturing defects to ensure your peace of mind on every ride.
